Peggy

Peggy co-founded NEDness in 2026. She continues to advise CEOs, executive teams and boards through transformation and leadership transition, and is accountable for content, communications and reputation across the business.

Peggy has held senior communications leadership roles with Prosus Group (Amsterdam), Barclays (London), Signify, Philips International and ING Bank, working across global technology, financial services, lighting, innovation and corporate transformation. Her experience spans IPO transition, M&A, major restructurings, digital and AI adoption, CEO succession and enterprise repositioning in complex, regulated environments.

She is Managing Director of SparkBridge, a strategic advisory practice supporting CEOs and senior leadership teams during periods of organisational change and strategic repositioning. She advises leaders on stakeholder communications, leadership positioning, enterprise narrative alignment, cultural engagement and executive effectiveness.

Peggy has completed board and executive development programmes with IMD, Harvard Business School, London Business School and INSEAD. She holds an MSc in Management from Boston University Brussels and a BA in French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is trilingual in English, French and Dutch.

Outside work, Peggy cycles wherever the next good conversation takes her and is gently persuaded into a short annual triathlon somewhere memorable with co-founder Nanette.
