Tom Noel

Tom is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Accelerate, a Jersey-based consulting and accounting business which he established in 2025. He has served as a non-executive director since 2019 and is a Commissioner of Appeals for the Government of Jersey, hearing appeals against decisions of the Comptroller of Revenue, and a voting board member of the Jersey Data Protection Authority, where he chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. He also chairs the IoD Jersey Sustainability Sub-Committee. He previously chaired SunWorks Limited, a Jersey renewable energy business, and served as a trustee of Dementia Jersey, where he chaired the Technology Sub-Committee. He was also a trustee of the JSPCA following a period as its interim chief executive.

Tom continues to serve on boards while leading the commercial development of the business, and is accountable for growth, partnerships and finance.

Earlier, Tom spent over a decade at Jersey Telecom on its Executive Committee and Board, in roles including Managing Director of the International Division, Director of Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, and Chief Product and Digital Officer.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a Chartered Director.
